Take this step after signing up with a MLM company

You have just signed up as a new business owner in a network marketing company, you are excited and eager to talk to people and get your business going. Suppose then that your recruitment efforts are not going as well as planned. Here is something you can do to help build your network.

Get online and start a MLM blog. There is no other marketplace that provides access to millions of people looking for what you have to offer. You just have to let them find you.

Your first step then is to figure out specifically who you are trying to recruit to your business. This sounds simple but it took me almost two months to come up with a definitive target audience for my online recruiting content. Some examples would be stay at home moms, college students, disgruntled full time workers etc. This blog for example has a special target for recruits in developing nations. Really take time out to think about this because your content has to be consistent to maintain a following..

Once you have a firm grip on exactly who you are targeting for recruitment, you will need to immerse yourself in the mind of that target consumer and write out a list of possible challenges that person may experience in building their own network marketing business. When you have identified at least 10 challenges faced by your target recruitment market, make it your duty to research ways to alleviate these problems.

This is the type of thinking that is needed to thrive in the MLM business. Out of this brainstorm, your content and more importantly the direction of your content will be born.

At this point you should set up a blog, similar to this one and begin your journey attracting fans and followers to your online community with your new content. It won’t be pretty at first, but stick with it and you will be surprised how comfortable you become with it

In an upcoming post I will talk about a simple FREE tool to attract more persons to your blog and increase the reach of your network. The beautiful thing about this business is that your new blog will act as your hub and there are many other ways to make money from this platform while achieving your primary objective of building your MLM business.

May I ask how experienced you are in this area? I’m asking not because I want to insult or harass you, just because I have a slightly different opinion on this, but I’m not an expert in any way.

No problem at all Zachariah. I have been involved with network marketing for almost 7 years now. My main goal with this blog is to reach out to network marketers in developing countries such as myself where physical recruitment and selling isn’t always ideal, therefore I am a big advocate for doing business online. I really appreciate you commenting and would love to hear your opinion as this is a learning process for me as well.

Together with every little thing which seems to be building within this particular subject material, all your perspectives tend to be quite stimulating. Even so, I am sorry, because I do not subscribe to your entire theory, all be it stimulating none the less. It looks to me that your comments are actually not entirely justified and in reality you are generally your self not even fully confident of the argument. In any event I did take pleasure in reading it.

The root of success in an MLM business is your belief in that success. If you do not truly believe that you can do it, it won’t happen. The MLM company I am in provides great training an mentorship, along with tons of reading material for you to grow. It takes time and dedication to build a truly successful network.
